Unlike traditional transient hotels, extended stay properties focus on long-term liveability. You get full kitchens, dedicated work areas, and laundry facilities on-site. If you're comparing regional options or preparing for an upcoming multi-week assignment, understanding the exact layout, layout tiers, breakfast offerings, and neighborhood logistics will help you determine if this property fits your routine.
Suite Layouts and Kitchen Facilities
Every room at Residence Inn Riverside operates as a suite, split into distinct zones for sleeping, working, and dining. Understanding the differences between standard configurations helps prevent cramped conditions during long stays.
- Studio Suites: These open-concept units combine the sleeping and living areas into a single spacious room, paired with a full kitchen and a partitioned bathroom. They suit solo travelers or short multi-week visits.
- One-Bedroom Suites: Featuring a private bedroom separated from the living space by a solid door, these units offer better acoustic privacy if you're traveling with a partner or taking calls while someone else rests.
- Two-Bedroom Suites: Designed for families or colleagues sharing a booking, these feature two private bedrooms and typically two full bathrooms, centered around a shared living and kitchen hub.
The full kitchen in each suite includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop burners, and a coffee maker. Cookware, plates, silverware, and glassware come pre-stocked in the cupboards. This setup eliminates the daily expense of restaurant dining, allowing you to maintain dietary habits or store groceries purchased from nearby supermarkets. Daily Amenities and Property Features
Staying productive or maintaining a fitness routine away from home depends on reliable property amenities. Residence Inn Riverside structures its daily offerings around professional workflows and wellness habits.
The property features an outdoor swimming pool and an adjacent patio with built-in barbecue grills. While casual guests use the pool for weekend relaxation, corporate travelers frequently use the outdoor courtyard spaces for informal evening networking or unwinding after a heavy workday.
For fitness enthusiasts, the on-site exercise room provides modern cardio machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes, alongside free weights and resistance bands. Unlike cramped hotel closets converted into gyms, this space allows for full strength and conditioning routines without waiting for equipment.
High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the nightly rate, with secure connections capable of handling multi-device video conferencing and large file transfers without throttling.
Complimentary Services and On-Site Logistics
Long-term stays accrue hidden costs, particularly regarding meals and laundry. Residence Inn builds several services into the base room rate to mitigate these expenses.
- Hot Breakfast Buffet: Served daily in the main lobby lounge, the breakfast includes rotating hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes, alongside oatmeal stations, fresh fruit, pastries, and standard coffee and juice dispensers.
- Grocery Delivery Service: Guests can submit a grocery list to the front desk, and staff will stock the suite's refrigerator prior to arrival or during the week (groceries billed separately).
- On-Site Guest Laundry: Self-service coin or card-operated washers and dryers are available 24 hours a day, saving you trips to local laundromats during multi-week projects.
- Pet-Friendly Policies: The property accepts pets with a designated non-refundable cleaning fee, making it a viable option if you're relocating with dogs or cats.
