History and Leadership of Kingdom Life
Founded in 2001, Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship started with a vision to impact everyday people by helping them know Christ and live out biblical principles. Over two decades, the fellowship has grown from a small local gathering into a thriving multi-cultural congregation.
Pastors Charles and Yolanda Roberson guide the spiritual direction of the church. Beyond his pastoral duties, Pastor Charles serves as a chaplain coordinator for the Savannah Police Department and as a chaplain for the Chatham County Police Department, embedding the church deeply into local civic life. Pastor Yolanda leads initiatives focused on empowering women and strengthening families. Together, their leadership emphasizes practical applications of scripture that address real-world challenges.

What to Expect on Your First Sunday
Stepping into a new church environment can feel intimidating. Kingdom Life aims to keep the process straightforward.
When you arrive at the Southside location, parking attendants and hospitality teams direct you toward the main sanctuary. Guest services booths help first-time visitors navigate check-ins, especially if you're bringing children. The atmosphere leans energetic, featuring contemporary praise and worship music followed by an expository sermon.
Families find dedicated nursery care available during service hours so parents can engage fully. Security protocols and check-in software ensure that children remain safe in environments tailored to their age groups.
Community Outreach and Involvement
A defining characteristic of this ministry is its active footprint outside sanctuary walls. The leadership team believes faith must manifest through practical service. Programs often collaborate with local law enforcement outreach, youth mentorship initiatives, and regional charities.
For residents interested in deeper participation, the church offers structured growth tracks. These include the New Members Class on the first Saturday of the month, regular water baptism services on the first Sunday, and community volunteer groups.
